🕒 Production & Shipping Time

All keepsakes are handmade to order, and crafting takes 3–5 working days.

Once your keepsake is complete, it will be shipped within the United Kingdom using reliable domestic courier services.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

As each item is personalised and custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the order is placed.

Please double-check all details (photos, names, text, etc.) before finalising your order.

If your keepsake arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
